A Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
The Laurels of Gahanna is centrally located at 5151 North Hamilton Road between Morse Road and State Route 161. The geographic location is ideal for serving the Gahanna, New Albany, Westerville and Northeast Columbus communities. Our 112 bed facility promotes the highest level of care and quality of life to guests who are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation or hospice care or for extended stays.
Laurel Health Care Company is very pleased to invest in the local community by improving the amenities for our guests. The Laurels of Gahanna has recently completed a renovation of common areas and private rehabilitation suites to provide all of our guests with a home-like environment. This provides convenience for our guests and continuity of care that will help you recover from surgery, an injury or an illness so you may resume your activities of daily living as soon as possible. We can even do a home evaluation prior to your discharge to identify the services and equipment you will need for a successful homecoming.

We provide a complete range of services for patients that are unable to return home after a hospitalization. Our programs provide a safe transition from hospital to home with a depth of services that typically can not be provided through home health care or by family members.

During these difficult times, constant good care has been the norm for our sister. We were able to visit face to face for the first time this week and all necessary precautions were taken to insure a safe and very special visit.
